Tom Lyle Spider-Man Masterprint

According to Tom Lyle himself, the card was produced as a stand-alone print for the Marvel booths at various 1994 comic/card conventions. Mr. Lyle signed many at these conventions and many were given away unsigned. The print was never released as a regular sized trading card for any Marvel set. Thanks David & Dan!
