Comments: The Team Portrait cards came in hobby packs and Wal-Mart packs. The Fatal Attraction cards came in hobby and Jumbo packs. The X-Men's Greatest Battles cards came packaged in Jumbo packs only. The Red Foil and Silver X-Overs cards came in Wal-Mart packs only.

The 4-card promo sheet from Spider-Man Magazine #1 came attached with another 4-card promo sheet from the 1994 Amazing Spider-Man set and was an insert to the magazine. There is an additional Spider-Man bookmark attached to the insert and the cards are unnumbered.

There was a production error on some of the Iceman cards in which no number was printed on the card back.

The Sega cards came in a 5-card cello pack, presumably packaged with Sega video games. The only difference between these cards and the regular cards is the card number on the lower left corner of the card back is replaced by the Sega logo, along with Sega trademark information.
